How to migrate
Migrations are performed Monday through Friday around the clock. All migrations are done on a first come first serve basis.The moving process is simple.
- Open a support ticket.
- Provide your current host account information.
- SSH access — preferred and will be the fastest
- FTP
- Hosting Control Panel
Once we have your account info, we’ll can then put your site in the queue. We make every effort to get your site migrated as quickly as possible but it could take up to one week for us to migrate your site, depending on site complexity
